Sleep was wonderful ! The beds are super comfortable, the rooms really nice, clean and everything needed is there. And the gem was the hot springs that we all as a family enjoyed. Everyone 4/4 people enjoyed this place

Very nice place with mountain view and hot swimming pool

The room was not exactly clean ( dirty curtains and carpet ). Food disappointing : the kid found 2 flies in the rice ! We understand it could happen but at least don't add the plate to the bill or offer a coke:-( Location is amazing but they should care so much more about details

바투르산 트래킹 입구에 위치해 있어서 좋았습니다. 선라이즈 트레킹을 했는데 우붇에선 1시반쯤에 투어를 시작해야 하지만 여기선 3시반에 출발할 수 있었어요. 숙소에서 나와 조금만 걸으면 산 입구가 있었어요. 온천풀에서 휴식을 취할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 적당한 온도였고 가슴 깊이로 적당했어요. 수영을 하며 산전망을 볼 수 있었습니다. 어두워진후 보이던 수많은 별들도 잊을 수 없을 거예요. 직원들은 잘 응대해 주셨고 친절했어요. 첫인상은 좀 특이한 분들이네? 했는데 얘길 나눠보니 너무 좋았어요. 감사했습니다.

간단한 식사는 가능하지만 푸짐하게 드시고 싶으시면 근처로 나가셔야 해요. 열쇠가 저희 나라에서는 안 쓰는 타입이라 처음엔 당황스러웠어요. 왼쪽으로 딸깍 소리가 두번 들릴때까지 돌려야 하더라구요.

La piscine chaude et le départ à pied vers le mont Batur.

L'établissement semble à l'abandon, pas de signalétique (notre chauffeur a dû s'arrêterdeux fois pour demander son chemin, le personnel est fantomatique et la propreté douteuse. Les photos sont très très flatteuses, la réalité est décevante. Et à part le mont Batur, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire ou voir autour.

Some areas need maintenance: peeling paint and signs of dampness The hot spring was not very hot, at least in the morning Very high humidity due to constant rain A lot of flies during our stay (weather-related, not the hotel’s fault)

Leuke huisjes & aardig personeel, willen helpen waar nodig is.

Er zaten veel vliegen.. doordat het dichtbij een meer ligt en omdat er overal dingen verbouwd worden. (Tomaat, uit etc etc.)

The hot spring-but did make a racket at 4am in the morning . The staff were helpful, pleasant and courteous. Good view of mountains. Personal hot spring was good and warm

Where do I start…. Front door didn’t close properly, stinky and putrid smell coming from the hand basin, soap machine didn’t work, shower recess had black hair around it, very dirty around basin and water machine, no bottles of complimentary water, smelly robes, tv projector didn’t work properly, difficult to find accommodation.
