Hospitality of the owner, Mrs. Susan, is the best! Im very satisfy to stay here. And this is real luxury apartment, so comfy and relax to enjoy.

I would like to take this chance to make some comments on the cleaning service which is not so professional. The maid rearranged all my stuff in room when she did cleaning. For instance, putting my wife's expensive hand bag on top of my luggage's wheels which are very dirty, moving my another luggage from one place to another place... This makes us so upset and angry because client's stuff should not be moved so casually during cleaning. I have never seen this happened in other hotels before and I don't expect such poor services for paying so high room fee per night! 👎👎😱

Susan was so prompt and accommodating to our requests. The apartment was comfortable and could host our family with 2 boys. The additional mattresses on the floor was really great. and the extras provided, coffee capsules, cup noodles etc. was really thoughtful of the owner. location is perfect too. really a wonderful stay and a wonderful host.

Great host and room got cleaned daily. Coffee capsules and fresh bread provided as well. Kids love the little mattress on the floor to make an additional play/sleep space.

The location is good. Room is clean.

Self check-in would be more convenient. Parking fees can come up to quite a bit.

Very clean and well appointed. Very convenient location next to Sunway Pyramid, transport and banks

No direct lifts to your floor. Had to go to the basement via another lift well, cut across the car park to get back to main lift well to take lifts up. inconvenient when you have elderly parents who can’t manage the stairs and luggage by themselves
