The location suitable for our needs

Clean and well stocked with water, tidbits and has Nespresso machine coffee. Close to the shopping mall and the conference I attended in Sunway. Friendly and helpful owner and staffs

The place was very neat and spacious. The staff was very friendly and professional, she went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. She would even leave some small bakery items which my kids loved.

The cleaning of the room was every other day, it would have been nice to have that daily.. mainly cos we ordered in a lot and the trash would get quite full quickly.

Extremely convenient to get to sunway lagoon and sunway pyramid mall. Host was also very responsive to messages. Extremely grateful to host for coming all the way down to help us unlock the room when we left the keys in the room. We love that there was housekeeping service every two days.

when we were there, only one of two lifts were working, so we had to wait. there was no daily rubbish cleaning, so we had 2-days worth of garbage sitting in the unit.

Ms. Susan, the host took the time and interest to think of everything that would make you comfortable. There are snacks, tea and coffee, soft drinks, water, shampoo, body wash, and air freshners everywhere. You feel at home with a microwave, fridge, toaster, hot plate, cutlery and pots and drinkware. The bed is comfy, TV has Netflix, there are even DVDs and a DVD player! The place is spotless clean. The staff are very welcoming and they even gave us a welcome gift. Of course the convenience of the location which is inside the mall and next to the lagoon is super.

to start with the host was very gracious and despite us arriving 3 hours before check in time she arranged to have someone come and deliver the key to us and show us around the property and make sure we are all settled in. The property itself was spotless and verry well-furnished and equipped. The fully equipped kitchenet was a God send with the kids. The host had provided some snacks, water and coke and all the toiletries needed. The beds were comfy with extra bedding in the wardrobe. Internet was super-fast, and the large smart TV provided free access to several channels including Netflix. The location was amazing - you go down the elevator and you are literally in the Sunway mall with all the shops and eateries you could ever need. We are ourselves landlords of several properties and can clearly appreciate the effort this host has made to maintain the property and make us welcome. Thank you, Susan, oh and a special thanks from our son for finding his air pods and sending them back to him. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again ourselves. Once again thank you Susan for a wonderful stay.
