Immaculately clean, well maintained room. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equip. Coffee pod machine with pods supplied- a nice treat. Nice surprise of small treats provided as well as bottled water, replenished every other day. Very convenient location, being attached to Sunway Pyramid. Also the ability to do laundry was helpful as we stayed for 8 nights (coin laundry on level 12)

a very small thing but only thing I can think of in terms of improvement would be to have an extra basic coffee mug or 2 that can go in the microwave as the beautiful teacups supplied are gorgeous but are gilt cups so can't go in the microwave

Room was very clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen was efficiently sized and supplied. The host assistant provided us with customer care when needed.

The fitness centre was closed , it was one of the main criteria for choosing it.
