Strong smell from cleaning products under sink External provider (private residence) created initial confusion with checking in. We listed and paid 4 ppl, no bedding or sheets provided for 4th pax Lobby in basement of another hotel creates difficulty with access Bathroom needs updating Expensive for what we received

Room itself was nice. Both beds were comfortable.

It was advertised for 2 adults and 2 child but there were only a double bed and a small single bed. Only 3 sets of towels. No hot water for the first night.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The accommodation was spotless, and its perfect location near the mall enhanced my experience. The considerate gift of food gave a nice touch to our stay. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Susan for her amazing humility and communication abilities in providing our needs. Her warm hospitality made our visit unforgettable.

Owner was flexible with arrival time. The staff Jenny was very helpful and prompt in answering our queries. The apartment was clean and comfortable. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay. 👍
