Easy to reach out with the property facilitators

The place is so old. We stayed for 1 day and i paid 50k for the 1 night but the facility and amenities is very very old. Not worth my money.

I like the place overlooking the beach. The aircon is good. Complete kitchen fascilities.

Some of the bed linens have ants. We were not able to use the WiFi because it is very slow. The place needs spray for crawling insects and ants. TV is not working, too.

We booked the unit in Canyon Cove for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The place was dirty when we arrived — the floor was full of sand, and there were lots of hairs in the bathroom. The aircon was noisy, and some of the units in our rooms weren’t even working properly. There were also no basic amenities provided: no toiletries, no tissue, and no bath towels. The listing also mentioned Wi-Fi, but there was none throughout our stay. Worst part was the drinking water provided was not clean — it seemed like it had been stored for months. Sadly, several of us ended up with stomach ache, vomiting, and diarrhea after drinking it. Including kids. Some were even hospitalized. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the high price of the unit.

It was very spacious. All the supplies that we needed were there. The view from the rooms were also really good and dreamy, especially in the morning.

They were not completely transparent with the pet-friendliness of the property. The listing said that the property is pet-friendly. However, it is only true if pets stays within the room. We were not allowed to bring them outside our room and in the beach. It was a big factor for us in deciding where to book, and it’s disappointing that this the owner was not completely honest about it. The place is also full of bugs. We had to close the doors and windows all the time to prevent them from going in. I have visited several similar resorts before, and they seemed to have handled this problem effortlessly.

Place is big, has many bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for big groups.

WiFi did not work at all. Beds had insects. Caretaker and the property itself is VERY hard to reach. Had to follow up the gate pass a million times. Asked info like pool access and the property gave zero response, we had to figure out everything by ourselves and had to find out there's a separate pool for apartment and hotel. Also, NO TOWELS AND BASIC TOILETRIES (even CR tissue).
