Swift Retreat Caravan - Morecambe

Went with my husband, my adult children and grandchildren staying in a Parkdean caravan round the corner which was nice for us to spend time together. The caravan was lovely and well equipped.

It wasn’t clean. The windows and tv had dirty hands and fingers I’m assuming from the previous guests. The barrier pass didn’t work so security had to let us in

The caravan was lovely and clean, plenty big enough for us (8 of us stayed) and it had little touches like cleaning products, fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Cannot fault the property at all, was a lovely stay.

The staff in the clubhouse, they were unhelpful on arrival, rude to our children and just generally unpleasant. We didn't get to use any facilities as they were so unhelpful when enquiring about passes. One told us it was a day-pass so we waited to purchase then we were told its for the full duration they stay. They advised we needed to buy a pass just to go into the boathouse for food and drinks. We didn't do that as it was just too expensive.

Caravan was lovely and clean with everything you need! Owners very helpful 🙂

The caravan was beautiful. Very clean inside and comfortable. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Large tv. Heating worked well and warmed the place up in minutes. Overall a lovely caravan

There was no toilet roll. And we couldn't purchase any off the resort as we booked privately and not direct with park dean. Cant remember seeing if the listing stated whether it was provided or not. Also very limited things to do on the site. Theres a small park and a pool, an arcade and entertainment room. Also a restaurant.Unfortunately they were having issues with the pools chemical levels so we never got to do any pool activities during our stay. And quite a few of the arcade machines were out of order.

Wry clean tidy and compact and very accessible Close to all amenities.

Amazing location in Morecambe. Excellent Caravan, very clean and like a home from home. The location of the caravan is in a great location to the site facilities. This is the first time for us at a Park Dean site as we have stayed mostly at Heaven sites with our kids (ages 11 and 8) They really enjoyed this site even though the site facilities are a lot smaller than the larger Heaven sites we have stayed at before. Definitely will be coming back.

Can't fault it at all.

The caravan was exceptional and the owners were very lovely
