Swift Retreat Caravan - Morecambe

It was very homely clean n tidy, comfortable, it had everything we needed large fridge freezer was perfect too, 100% stay again

There was nothing we didn’t like couldn’t fault it at all

The location is excellent. The caravan itself is fantastic! Modern and immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean caravan. Took our own card and travel games but was lovely to see there was a selection provided. Along with a handbook and leaflets of places to visit. Will book again.

Not much.. if anything just a small thing was the pillows were very thin.

Excellent caravan great sized living and kitchen area perfect for families well stocked with cutlery and plates outside area is a sun trap all day, nice to sit out and enjoy a nice beer at the end of the day perfect location for the entertainment complex and leisure facilities would stay again

The caravan was light and airy

It was really bad that there wasnt wifi although this was advertised and particularly needed. I think there should be a small discount for this not being available. When I contacted the number I was told the wifi hadnt yet been installed.

The caravan was excellent value. very clean and comfortable it was like home from home great place to take the kids

Some of the staff. had a problem in the amusement arcade and when we approached the staff we were told they couldn't deal with it we had to wait for the amusement staff to arrive waited till after midday but no one arrived approached reception and was told it was nothing to do with him eventually got it sorted the next day. Went to order food 3 things we asked for off the menu wasn't available asked if we i could order a meal and wanted to swap an item for something else but was told that wasn't possible so eventually went somewhere else for food overall most of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Perfect location, fantastic contact with owners- kind and very welcoming,, beautiful interior, great equipment (tableware etc), comfy beds, potless clean Caravan (apart floors with lots of dog's coat). Maybe wasn't perfect but would like to stay here again.

Dirty carpet- lots of dog's coat in dark colour. Provided hoover was too weak to deal with it. Otherwise, perfect.
