Charming, Central, Coffee Machine

Location close to the centre

The flat was not clean at all. It looked like the dirt was several weeks old. The bathroom could not be locked or even closed as the door was broken. I was asked to empty the washing machine and was asked to fold the laundry and put it in the closet. I received several standard emails with offers (excursions, concerts) to buy. All in all, the stay seemed to me as if the owner just wanted to make money and did little or nothing for the flat. The points were raised directly with the owner. Unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback or even an offer of goodwill. In my opinion, the flat is not worth the expensive rental price. I had booked the flat 6 months before travelling and therefore could not take the current reviews into account. There seems to be a certain stubbornness on the part of the owner. Points from current reviews do not appear to have improved, despite the owner's announcement.

Close, clean and comfortable

Kristian was great in communicating with us in the lead up to our visit, but we didn’t receive a response to any messages while we were there.

The apartment is very close to the city centre.

The apartment was small, dirty and hot. The real thing is nothing like the photos. Bedroom is tiny and full of dust, kitchen and bathroom are really dirty, I didn't even dare use the oven. Kitchen utensils are lacking or old (rusty even) and the pans need to be replaced because the non-stick layer is releasing. Wall sockets are not properly secured, looked like a fire hazard to me.

Nice location and above average large accomodation. The host sent us a lot of information about the city ahead of our arrival.

As the accomodation is located on street level, we could hear all the noise outside. Unfortunately our stay was on a Saturday, so the noise outside went on until the early hours.

Good size living room, good position.

At 10 pm there were no linen and no towels. The host did not answer his phone. On the app he answered after 40 min, that they are in the dryer (and the dryer was still running). So, at 11 pm we had to dig the Internet after the User Manual for that specific type of washing machine to find out what means the code on the display... Bathroom was not clean, a lot of dust and dirt behind the washer. Bedroom is very small, basically a big closet with the bed all over it.

When we arrived the bed linen and bath towels were in the washing machine, still wet and no program running, which is obviously a major inconvenience and definitely looks like cleaning was not finished in between guests. The bed mattress was also really dirty. Besides location, this was a bad experience.
