Close to the railway station, round the corner from the lake, very central. Comfortable bed, lots of towels. Nice little garden to sit out in. Everything was great. Would stay again.
No view of the lake but it was literally round the corner, so not really a problem.

The number on the building was clearly marked 94 according to booking.com the address was 154 Venini so we couldn't find it. None of the plugs in the kitchen worked - they were incompatible with the outlets. There was no proper wardrobe and nowhere to hang towels. The shower was so small you had to put the soap on the floor outside the shower.
See above. This property is substandard and booking.com should supervise it properly.
