INININDid not like anything. Was a horrible hotel at the price one paid.
- very rude staff - horrible location of hotel. 12 Ola and uber cancelled my trip because the hotel is in a narrow lane where cars can’t go in without getting scratched. There is sabzi mandi( vegetable market) in front of the hotel and thus the road can only accommodate people on foot. If you are with luggage, the cars will not take you inside and will stop outside the lane and you have to go in with luggage on foot for almost half a kilometre. - AC didn’t work. Called the staff thrice to fix it, they didn’t come and I stayed without the AC.
GBNice property close to the airport. Well maintained, clean and modern. Being in the center of Delhi, no windows was actually much better. Reasonably priced for nice rooms.
Doors could be better sound insulated. There was a Spanish family across the hall a few doors down with SUPER loud and annoying children screaming until 1am and I heard it all….
NLIt was a good stay. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.

AUA nightmare so, hard to think of anything good that came out of this booking.
Its a shame that Booking.com is allowing this hotel to be listed on their platform with 9+ rating. Never ever make booking for this venue by simply viewing the pics. There's a reason why the booking is non-refundable. By the time you manage to reach the hotel, you'll get to know how bad the location is. I travelled with my family and right from my arrival in Delhi till I arrived at the hotel, I kept talk to the concerned hotel reps over phone but no one was able to provide clear instructions. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at front desk told me that my booking is for another hotel with the same name but close to the airport :(. All this while my daughter and wife were waiting in the car while several vehicles kept honking, considering the hotel is right in the middle of a vegetable market. After a lot of back and forth a manger level employee stepped in and acknowledge the mistake of front desk lady, confirmed that I am in the right hotel and then initiated the room allocation. As if things couldn't go worse, the room allocated to us had construction work going on (I have pics) and I couldn't take the risk of my family staying there, so I was forced to move away from the venue and look for another hotel altogether. Wasted few hours and 3X the price of booking this hotel to find another decent place to stay. Audacity of the customer neglect is that Booking.com promised to intervene but allowed the vendor to still charge me the full amount for the booking and returned 30% of it in my wallet in the name of "offering customers best travel experience" Very disappointed with the whole experience, hence wrote this long review hoping no one else, especially with family suffers again.
