This is not close to a 4 star or 5 star. The hotel is in the middle of a market that's extremely dirty. No heater available. No hot water available. Very disappointed.

Your service staff is unprofessional they need more training how to communicate the customer . We arrived in the hotel about 10:45 pm the boy from reception he promised us you will get food in restaurant before 11:00 pm . The restaurant staff offered us buffet which was almost empty and your manager promised us he will get some food from kitchen and we waited for food but it did not come and they charged us full buffet price we were travelling from Chandigarh and we were starving that time . Your manager is lack of confidence if you can’t serve he spouse to say we r closed we would have gone out for food. We did book thi hotel after checking the reviews online. But it is not same as it said online.
