Trevlig personal, när det regnade ute så hejdade städerskan oss på vägen ut och gav oss ett paraply.

Przepięknie urządzone, komfortowe i zadbane pokoje w historycznym budynku. Piękna łazienka, idealnie pracująca klimatyzacja. W hotelu możliwość zobienia kawy i herbaty oraz poczęstowania się ciastkami. Perfekcyjna lokalizacja na odkrywanie Pizy. Wszystkie atrakcje w zasięgu spaceru. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem. Płatny parking na ulicy (płatność aplikacją).

the complimentary snacks and coffee were nice and the room was well air conditioned.

The bedroom had ants everywhere and we woke up with them all over our clothes. The host woke us up in the middle of the night without knocking on the door and freaked us out because she was trying to get payment for the room but didn't know how to communicate it because she barely spoke any English. We wish she would communicate her issues with us in the morning instead of scaring us in the middle of our sleep and entering our room without our permission. Will never stay here again.

Ivanka was a great host - very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Great location to sites and restaurants / bars. Would stay here again.

The host was excellent, very accomodating and knowledgable. The room was as described and it was easy to get to the location from the main attractions.

Didn't like that the hallway lights take too long to turn on when you enter the main door.

The room itself was clean and atmospheric with a large bed and a traditional feel. A relatively short walk to the Tower, etc.

Parking was shocking - we ended up with a fine. No lift, so access was tricky. Area was patrolled by lone African males who were pleasant enough when we engaged with them, but left a somewhat threatening impression.

Beautiful rooms, great location would definitely recommend
