Large studio flat B near Heathrow

Apartment is large and very close to underground station. Unfortunatelly nothing else positive.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not good, there was some trash left. Termostat not working (for a long time cause the batteries in it were totally leaked out). Hairdryer not working, just smelling and giving loud noises. We got totally wet towells we had to dry before we could actually use them. There was also lots of wet stuff left in the washing machine! You can literally hear every single word from the neighbours apartment, so if you get loud neighbours you will not sleep whole night.

it was really really cold doesn’t look like how it’s advertised on the internet, not clean, there was clothes in the washing machine being washed i arrived. Wardrobe wasn’t clear full of random stuff

It's was large and roomy and the shower was lovely and hot

Very cheap fivtures abs fittings.

It was conveniently located, and the shower had good pressure.

There wasn't a tv. We could only find one fork which was dirty and the blinds were broken so it didn't feel very private. The bedding created lots of static.

We stayed at this property for two nights, as we had done previously. At the end of our stay, I decided to strip the beds and place the sheets in the wash to assist the cleaner. In doing so, I discovered multiple used and bloodied condoms beneath the sheets. Shocked by this discovery, I immediately contacted the property manager to inform them and requested a partial refund. The response I received was that a cleaner would be sent in. While this might help future guests, it did nothing to address the situation for us. I was also told I should have reported the issue sooner — an unreasonable expectation, as I could only report it after becoming aware of the problem. When I mentioned that I would leave a review if no resolution was offered, I was told I would be banned from staying at the property in the future. I am not someone who habitually complains, and I understand that issues can arise. However, I now feel it’s important to highlight other concerns we encountered during our stay. The shower lacks an effective drainage system, making it hazardous and prone to serious slips. Additionally, several floor tiles are broken, posing a risk of injury. Lastly, the oven provided does not function properly. These are serious concerns that require immediate attention for the safety and satisfaction of future guests.
