Superb staff who are very accommodating! Excellent food at breakfast! Great daily cleaning of room! Very comfortable beds!

On the booking form for 2 adults, 2 children it said "free breakfast" & "Kids are free". When having breakfast, suddenly kids are not free. This violates the booking offer with a bait and switch.
