DKI had a perfect stay at Roys hotel. The staff is super frindly. The room i had was very clean and was clean every day. Try the bar on top floor, very good drinks. Super nice whit a 7 elever outside the hotel
If there could be more bread to the breakfast.

USWife and I stayed there for 10 nights and we had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. And the parking for vehicle or scooter was available.
The sound proofing could be better. my room was facing the main road and we could hear the noise of the traffic. The parking will fill up quick if they have a event, and its very tight parking lot and spaces. best to have a scooter.

Didnt grant my request for early check-in even I told them that I have a zoom meeting at 1pm and travelling with Kid. The elevator is small.

After we checked in we were told we couldn't have dinner in the hotel because the two restaurants were fully booked. Kind of unusual to deny service to booked guests. So we got room service for our dinner. We then looked forward to the buffet breakfast. The restaurant for breakfast is on the sixth floor. The elevator only goes to the fifth floor with stairs to get up to the sixth. I'm partially disabled and can't do stairs. We checked out and went to McDonalds. Our room was sold as having a balcony. It did not. For some reason it has sliding glass doors in place of a window overlooking the pool area but no balcony. The pool area below us had loud music playing which could be clearly heard until 11pm, at which time my wife called the front desk and asked them to turn it off, which they did.
