Staff were very informative and kind. Ammenities easy to use (laundry/gym). Very secure. Comfortable and quiet with good space. Bed was comfortable and very clean. Excellent location.

The 'double' bed was more like a, one and a half. The mattress was so compressed it was like trying to sleep on breeze blocks. We are both pensioners and my wife, who already has painful hip and knee joints, ended up sleeping in a chair. When we raised this the next morning we weren't offered an alternative, which meant canceling the remaining two nights and seeking alternative accommodation. We also discovered there had been devious complaints about the mattresses. We were eventually refunded the two nights but it turned out that the Saturday night was the most expensive of the three we booked, plus the fixed cleaning fee of £50 was still payable. A total of £97 for a sleepless night. A very poor experience.

I liked the place with amenities

No proper WiFi , I stayed for 3 days, I tried asking for help no one responded. Other than that , it is ok to stay.

How close it was to centre and train station

Room was to hot and need thicker pillows

Staff at reception were very helpful. The room was spotless. I had my own mini-kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge. There was plenty of kitchenware which came in useful as I decided on microwave dinners on a couple of evenings. The bathroom had everything I needed.
