The location was very good as not far from Railway station. Had the Discovery Museum right next door. The room being on the ground floor, use of a lift for stairs. Room setup very well , plenty of floor area as I had a rolator walker.

The blind was quite different to open and close as cord very short.

Great location, friendly staff and a good apartment.

The air was stuffy in the apartment and even worse in the hallways. The kitchen was missing a washing up bowl or a working plug. No colander or extra towels.

Everything is absolutely great! We will definitely be back here next time we visit Newcastle!

There was a very bright security light outside my window that was on 24/7. Had I not brought a portable blackout blind with me, it would have been difficult to sleep

i liked the location and the room was tidy and clean. the bed was comfortable.

Not enough toilet paper, the kettle was a bit dodgy aswell. you had to hold it down for it to work. the TV wouldn't connect to any Internet either so we weren't able to access streaming services like was said on the book but we didn't chase it up so not many complaints there.

The room was just what I needed. It had an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, including a fridge and microwave, and there was a large desk and even a little dining table with two chairs. The room was spacious and bright and quiet enough. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

The halls are a bit out of the way, next to the Discovery Museum. So walking home in the dark can feel a bit uncomfortable. But there are always lots of people around. However, you need to like students. You can be pretty sure one of them will cause a fire alarm during your stay by burning their dinner.

Super location, staff super friendly, studio functionnal. Its perfect is you wanna visit Newcastle and do not spend lots of time in the room.

Shower lacks powerand space, residence which can be noisy some time, bed and pillows could be much better.
