GBThe whole property smelt strongly of smoke. All our belongings including my daughter’s favourite soft toy came out smelling of smoke. Our hair and clothes smelt of smoke by the morning. It was unbearable. The doors had punch marks/holes in. The wall paper was stained and peeling. The blinds were broken. It’s was freezing, and putting the heaters on just accentuated the smoke smell. There was no window or fan in the bathroom so after a 2 minute shower you couldn’t see through the steam. Definitely not somewhere to take kids.
AUThere was nothing about all the stairs up! The decor/furniture is not true to pics! The bed matresses were so bad the springs were poking into your back! Also seemed like the linen was not cleaned! The toilet seat was broken & no hand towel, bath matt, towels wouldn’t dry you! The hot water was not controllable. Cold to burning! Big holes in the wall! TV would not work. You get the picture!
GBGBThey where in a lock box and the number was sent over been we left home. However the shop down stairs only left a very small gap to get in the doorway.
I didn’t like there was no hand rail in the stair well or lights that you couldn’t switch on, I fell down the bottom step has I couldn’t see it in the dark. The living room was nice but there was a hole in the wall, tv didn’t work. So I tried to sign into to my own Netflix’s but the internet wouldn’t work, so we couldn’t use it. The wallpaper is peeling off in the second bedroom. The bathroom is very small but it needs a vent or fan in there. I didn’t contact the host has it said on the email to only contact if there was an emergency.

Too many stairs up to the apartment. Very noisy and roudy outside. When rang for help there was none. Definitely not returning. Didn't stop, and applying for a refund
GBGreat location very quite nice place to stay only few faults the toilet seat was broken the tap in the bathroom didn’t work and was a bit of damp the bedding got stains on it the wall paper come off damage to doors

Feel should have been warned about the fact there is a night club that stays open till 3am over road it was sooooo loud

Toilet seat not screwed on properly possibly wrong size. Cleanliness was poor. Bed sheets had stains on them Wallpaper coming off the wall in the bedroom with bunk beds and in the living area. Mould above the bed near the ceiling Damaged bedroom door. Not enough cutlery Small freezer in the fridge had food in from someone else staying there.

Mould and damp on walls in both rooms. Wallpaper peeling off. Wrong size toilet seat , sink tap in bathroom coming off . No Wifi. I would not recommend especially for this price. No contact with the owner .

Very tired ie ripped wallpaper and damp stains on the roof. Smelt of cigarettes/foist. Broken toilet seat and wifi didn’t work. No signal, no TV. Needs a deep clean.
