Cader Mountain View Cottage with Hot Tub in Snowdonia

Everything was perfect. The view is spectacular! The cottage was already heated by the time we checked in so it was nice and cosy when we arrived. Very clean, and comfortable. We were here in december so the christmas tree and decoration was a nice touch. Heating up the hot tub is a little tricky but once you get the hang of it it's nice. Everything was porvided for it even instructions very easy to follow.

the front door not secure so ended up with a flood in the front room. at 1st the wifi didn't work. had to call the office. the tv didn't work I had to fix the aerial myself. dishwasher didn't work so went without. couldn't shut the main gate. due to the stones / road gravel. to keep my dog secure

This was a nice clean, warm property.

I forgot to check the heating meter dial. I should have Dailed down before sleep. It’s my own doing nothing todo with the property. Later I opened the window in the sealing it got nice and cool. Loved the architecture of the cottage it was beautiful design in and out. Just remember the hot tub takes two log bags to heat up properly before you enter cold water. Just keep that in mind but the wood is provided by the house. Nothing bad about the property.

Loved the layout of the place and the location.

Bathrooms were dimly lit. Kitchen lacked a couple of items, no grill pan and wire rack, no shelves in the refrigerator.

We loved everything

We arrived on the Friday, the main reason for booking was the hot tub. It would have been nice to have it ready when we arrived, it was a wood burning tub and it took 41/2 hrs for it reach a temperature that we could use. Also sounds a bit trivial but there was no shelves in the fridge, we had to pile are food on top of each other.
