First, we made an online booking, and after the booking was confirmed, we went there. When we arrived, they showed us the room but then said there was no booking under my name — someone else had already taken the room. So, I will never prefer to stay at Lime Tree again, and I won’t recommend it to my friends or family. It was a very bad experience.

The space and structure of the room

The cleanliness of the bed n bedsheet . The ac was not in proper condition . Running tap water .- no bottles . Towels were not clean

Everything, there are spit marks on the walls and the floor is dirty. It stinks through and through.

Nothing.

The door was electronically controlled which was a big issue and it can’t be locked from inside the room due to the technical issues. Also, there was no value for customer. We keep waiting for one hour for any assistance but there was no response from the staff.
