Luxury Waterfront Escape Best Location Auckland

We enjoyed it being an apartment instead of your traditional hotel. We didn't have to pass reception or see many people. It was very the perfect spot for spending time out on the viaduct. It was loud but as expected. Came with all things we needed.

Parking was abit of a mission with all our gear. It would be easier to drop off gear and a person by door before heading back to carpark.

Needs some window blinds or netting. Was far too bright

Great wee apartment which is perfect for what you need to be super central, it’s very clean and typical for its age. I was staying for business so was perfect for my in and out quick needs. Water pressure is great!

Currently the air con is broken, it’s not being marketed with air con, but I did just naturally expect it due to the property and location, but not a biggie, they have a fan! So it’s actually all good.

The location was excellent. Highly recommend for restaurant proximity.

Sadly there air conditioner didn’t work and it was extremely hot in the room. We opened the door but the noise downstairs was a bit too much so we had to close it.

Great location and facilities

The noise from the local bars and restaurants made it difficult to sleep.

Location was ideal, on the harbour and close to restaurants and activities.

No working airconditioning. Doesn't sound bad, but the proximity to restaurants and bars mean you have to close the door/window to sleep. Unfortunately, with no fresh air the room was hot and stuffy. The provided fan and ear plugs were a poor compromise.
