The room floor just being mopped when we check in. We have to walk on wet floor. Towel provided late, no drinking water (bottles) provided, the toilet and bathroom pipes smells, the bathroom is quite dark. No plug in the living room other than behind the tv cabinet. No plug in the 2 queen bed rooms. Quite crowded for 6 people to stay.
MYThe wooden flooring was damaged and coming loose, posing a safety risk, especially for children. Staff were slow to respond and appeared unmotivated to assist. In addition, the bed had a strong musty odor, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The furnitures are not in good condition. One of the chairs was broken. The sofa bed cannot extend, cause the bed frame was already lying outside the sofa. Room not very clean. Found cockroach crawling on bed. Shower switch also broken. Each tower is only equipped with 4 lifts to accommodate 32 floors. Not recommended to those who travel with kids or elderly. Super congested lift during checkin & out. My stay was on public holidays, so understandable.
