MYKami sangat gembira sepanjang menginap di homestay tuan. Penginapan yang disediakan sangat selesa dengan tilam yang empuk, bilik mandi yang bersih serta nyaman digunakan. Selain itu, layanan daripada pegawai khidmat pelanggan juga amat baik, mesra dan sangat membantu sepanjang urusan kami. Keseluruhannya, pengalaman menginap di homestay ini sangat memuaskan dan membuatkan kami berasa selesa seperti di rumah sendiri.
Terima kasih atas penyediaan penginapan yang selesa sepanjang kami menginap di homestay ini. Namun, ada beberapa cadangan penambahbaikan yang ingin saya kongsikan untuk keselesaan pelanggan pada masa akan datang. Homestay ini dinyatakan boleh memuatkan sehingga 5 orang penghuni, tetapi kemudahan yang disediakan agak terhad seperti meja makan yang kecil, hanya terdapat 2 kerusi makan serta 4 buah cawan sahaja. Jika boleh, mohon pihak homestay menyediakan kemudahan yang bersesuaian dengan kapasiti penghuni yang telah ditetapkan supaya pelanggan lebih selesa. Selain itu, dicadangkan agar pihak homestay menyediakan microwave bagi memudahkan pelanggan memanaskan makanan dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Dapur elektrik juga ada disediakan, namun kami menghadapi kesukaran untuk menggunakannya kerana ia seperti tidak berfungsi. Sekiranya dapur tersebut masih boleh digunakan, mungkin pihak homestay boleh menyediakan arahan atau panduan penggunaan kerana tidak semua pelanggan biasa menggunakan dapur elektrik tersebut. Semoga cadangan ini dapat dipertimbangkan demi meningkatkan lagi keselesaan dan kepuasan pelanggan pada masa akan datang. Terima kasih.
