Cosy Countryside Cottage in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

Excellent location stunning views

Perfect location. Close to the main roads. Canterbury was close by. It’s a quirky property with a big heart. Wound definitely recommend and we would stay again.

It was very beautifully located, with a lot of surrounding wildlife and grass. My partner and i arrived a bit later than originally planned but when we eventually arrived, a short while after the owner came and knocked the door and welcomed us. The property was clean, spacious and everything we’d hoped for a little weekend escape. The amenities are exceptional, TV is a smart TV so easy to sign into Netflix and have a movie night, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, just bring some food and you’re good to go. There is a little garden space outside with a table and some lovely plants and sculptures. Overall, i think it was perfect and my stay couldn’t have gone any better.

As seen from previous the reviews, the bed is low down on the ground. But it is not uncomfortable. Getting in and out of bed is difficult but that’s what you sign up for, it’s a cottage and it’s small, cute and cosy. The mattress is very comfortable. The only other thing i can judge is the TV remote, it needs replacing but apart from that, it’s absolutely fine.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage im Cosy Countryside Cottage. Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt- super ausgestattet, alles im neuwertigen Zustand, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Schlafplatz ist wie beschrieben im Dachgeschoss und über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar - für uns kein Problem. Freundlicher Empfang durch eine sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeberin. Die Lage bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre, eine schöne Aussicht und ist gleichzeitig verkehrsgünstig gelegen - ein empfehlenswerter Pub ist nur einen Spaziergang entfernt. Alle anderen interessanten Orte in der Umgebung sind (mit dem Mietwagen) sehr gut erreichbar, parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus - alles bestens. Vielen Dank Jaya, wir kommen gern wieder.

The cottage was lovely and spotless. Everything was well prepared prior to our arrival. We were impressed with the ensuite and kitchen facilities offered, especially a washing machine/drier and a dishwasher. It was also nice to meet Jaya, the owner who gave us awesome information on where to visit for dining and day trips. The location is only 10 minutes to Canterbury by car, but it is quiet with your own living space, unlike hotels.. We enjoyed our stay at Cosy Countryside Cottage and highly recommend it.

The cottage was very clean and just right for a couple. The area is beautiful and although you are right on the A2 it was very quiet.

Parking was quite tight and the bed was very low.
