It was spacious and they provided fans as the weather was hot.

I asked about early check in as my mum was going to be left with the bags until check in time as we had same event to go to so I asked for early check in but as it was the day before they couldn’t do this. They said I could pay £20 for early check in and leave the bags or pay £5 per bag but to leave the bags and go away until 3pm. We got to the apartment at around 2pm (check in is 3pm) it was dirty so we assumed the cleaner hadn’t been in yet. We were not in the apartment long as we put the bags down and my mum was having issues with her diabetes pump so she had to get that changed quickly. The cleaners turned up about 5 mins after getting into the apartment which is tight considering they are supposed to do a full clean of the place before guests arrive at 3?! I received a message the next day to say I had an agreement with them to drop the bags and go and the cleaner needed us out so they could clean (we were not in their way whatsoever). Just felt a bit passive aggressive so I explained why we were there for 10 minutes and no response. There was also less mugs/glasses than there was people we had 2/3 between 5 of us which wasn’t practical. The accommodation wasn’t even near Wembley (my own fault for not doing enough research) either so not somewhere I’d look to stay again. Also you think the terrace would be somewhere nice to go sit but it’s pointless unless you fancy sitting overlooking a busy road or petrol station.

It's spacious and clean. It has good access to public transport and grocery shopping. Beds are comfortable.

If you go in a warm session, it's really difficult to sleep as there's no air-conditioning. We had no internet connection during our stay and after contacting the customer support for three days, they would just say that they have contacted the property manager and nothing happened afterwards. It's located near a street where lots of ambulances and police cars pass, so if you leave the windows open, it gets really noisy which doesn't help with sleeping.

Location was great for staying near Wembley. The apartment had plenty of space and had everything you needed, from washing machines to a coffee maker. There are fans in each room to help with the heat.

The place was not as clean as expected, which is frustrating with the expensive deposit required before coming. The area is noisy as well.

Excellent value for money, place was clean and plenty of room.
