It was very clean and countable.

The central heating needs attention as the radiator in the main room is bloked.

Great location everything within easy walking distance.

Instructions on how to use the hob on cooker, would have been useful.

Beds were very comfortable. The location is right in the centre of town. Close to shops and bars and restaurants. Wifi is supplied.

Being Australian we are not aware of how a radiator works, or a hive. We were very cold first few nights. Finally got it sorted and were cosy warm. I recommend a user guide to foreigners with the heating system. Lock box was extremely hard to open. Maybe the hosts could supply tea and coffee, it would be a lovely gesture.

كل شي نظيف وجديد الحمدالله الموقع ممتاز فشارع السنتر وتحته باوند لاند وسبارك وسيفر المقاهي والمطاعم تحتك على طول دقايق للشاطئ

مدخل الممر للوصول للشفه عند العوده ليلا مظلم جدا كنا نفتح إضاءة الجوال للرؤيه وعند الصعود للسلم ليلا فاليوم الثاني و بسبب الظلام الشديد كان يوجد حشرات كثيرة عالسلم عند الصعود لدرجه انها صعدت لاقدامنا وقامت بفرص ارجلنا 😢😭😭 وقد ارسلت للعقار عبر موقعهم بذلك ووضع اقتراح بوضع صمغ (دواء ) الحشرات ووضع الإضاءة للرؤيه وضع على باب الشقه ايهما A وايها B حيث دخلت على شقه غير شقتنا عند عمل تسجيل الدخول لظني بأن الباب الذي فتحته هو باب الشقه ولكننا اكتشفنا انه باب لممر فيه شقتين متقابلتين 🫢🤭 وذلك بعد الاتصال برقم التواصل واخبارهم انه يوجد رجل في شقتنا ويقول استحاله هناك خطأ ما لنكتشف انها غير شقتنا وقد اخبرناهم بضرورة التوضيح ووضع الحرف او رقم على باب الشقه وليس باب الممر إلى الشقتين قيمة التأمين مرتفعه 100£ وهذا لم يوضح قبل الحجز مقارنه بقيمة تأمين حجز صديقتي لمنزل كبير مقابل الشاطئ مباشرة وبعرف نوم 3 وصاله ومدخل ومطبخ كبير وحديقة للشواء مع جلسه خارجيه وحديقة خارج المنزل كبيرة وموقف سيارات بتأمين 30£ وسعر إقامة اقل من سعر اقامتي وموقع أقرب للشاطئ واقرب للمحطة وخمس دقائق مشي مني للسنتر حيث قمنا بالحجز معا من نفس الموقع بوكينج واخيرا رغم نظافه وتجديد كل شي الكنب غير مجدد وقماشة يوحي إليك بأنه قديم جدا رغم انه نظيف وجديد من لون وشكل وتم وضع اقتراح لهم في موقعهم عند التواصل معهم عدم وجود صابون استحمام وشامبو فقط صابون اليد وتم الاقتراح لهم لانه عند الوصول من السفر الشخص يدخل للاستحمام من عناء الطريق ولا يضع في فكرة بالمرور للسوبرماركت

Was noisy early in the morning. Would have preferred Bedding to be cotton/breathable Bed in small room squeaked every time you moved

Size, location (ie for ferry, restaurants & food shops & close to beach), comfort, lots of light

Nothing although the location instructions could be better, ie lack of number of apartment in joining instructions and perhaps some identifiers at the bottom of the steps. It’s in a high street location so there can be some noise at night.

Very clean and well equipped

Larger TV would be an improvement

I think you need new mattress

The location is perfect, in the city centre. Close to the beach.

Shower - water pressure is too low. Remote control for heating and for TV wasn't working because of old batteries, when we bought new one it was fine.
