i had a little struggle while using the tap in the bathroom and asked the staff to help but he instead asked me to call the number but if he just tell me about using the tap maybe the problem solve faster but its okay cause i found the way to used it .

MYAbsolutely nothing. A total nightmare from start to finish.
The host messaged last minute claiming the original room's AC was broken and "upgraded" us. It was a trap. The room was disgusting, dusty, and looked abandoned for months. The bedsheets and comforters were yellowed and stained, and there was a filthy, greasy old sofa in the room. The worst part? The bathroom was a hazard. The walls were severely cracked with peeling plaster, and the bidet was totally broken. When I sent video proof and demanded a refund, the host actually tried to gaslight and blackmail me over the phone, saying "you cannot damage the wall." I instantly called her out, and she immediately denied saying it. We felt completely unsafe and turned away by this toxic attitude, so we checked into another hotel immediately. Now, they are actually submitting a FALSE request demanding me to pay for their pre-existing cracked wall! This is an absolute scam and extortion. Save your money and stay away—don't book this place unless you want to get scammed!
