I had a very comfortable stay throughout my trip, and the staff were kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The shuttle service was also convenient. The location was great, making it easy to get around and visit other places.

Deluxe King Room (Suite): a big shout out to Sithy for his warm welcome, and who, within half an hour of our arrival and at our request had organised a Tuk Tuk for the following morning, as well as a river cruise and spa treatments for our 2nd day. Our Deluxe Room offered great space and storage and a fabulous spacious bathroom. The rooftop pool and bar (including delicious dinners if you preferred to eat here rather than in the restaurant) brought welcome respite from the heat and the Spa also deserves a special mention: it is absolutely beautiful and our massages were some of the best we have had, carried out by the most professional ladies. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, courteous and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Au calme, dans une petite rue à 3mn de l’avenue Monivong et à 15 mn à pied du Palais Royal. Belle chambre lumineuse, spacieuse et bien équipée. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner varié salé sucré servi au 13e étage. Piscine agréable en roof top. Personnel compétent et souriant.

Certains jours/nuits, le système de climatisation a fait un bruit de grincement très sonore. Pénible notamment la nuit !

Удобное расположение, красивая зона лобби, приемлемая еда

Не смог рассчитаться в евро потому как сказали что могут его принять только по стоимости доллара, но в качестве залога Евро приняли, Alipay не прошел платеж, UnionPay не прошел платеж, пришлось идти в банк чтобы снять денег для оплаты с тех же карт UnionPay и Alipay, весь отпуск оплачивал баланс положительный, видимо проблема в терминале оплаты отеля. Кроме этого в обоих номерах по какой-то причине при заезде не было туалетной бумаги, мебель уставшая, пуфики с прожженной тканью. Нам показалось что очень шумная вентиляция спать было не комфортно.
