Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem kleinen Dachpool und sehr freundlichem Personal. Der Spabereich nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen. ich hatte ein herrliches Zimmer im siebten Stock.. Ich wurde sehr unterstützt bei meinem frühen Checkin und bei einem etwas späteren Checkout

Nichts, hat alles gepasst. Ich fand die Musik im Frühstücksraum etwas arg laut, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

A beautiful hotel, well located. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Great views of Phnom Penh. The room was spacious with all amenities needed for a stay. Great rooftop swimming pool. You can even order your pillows for a comfortable sleep.

It's not a big drawback, but no umbrellas at the swimming pool. It can get extremely hot, and umbrellas will definitely be a big bonus.

Okay breakfast, plenty of choice but the same every day. Great room and view from 11 floor looking towards the river. Rooftop pool and bar is excellent and very pretty,

Breakfast was repetitive, cheap muddy coffee. Hard boiled eggs could have been made and put out instead of having to ask every morning. The running machine is only fit for walking which is not good. It is dangerous for running. and needs replacing or the belt tightening. Happy hour too early, needs extending by 1 hour say 6-9 to encourage guests back to hotel. Carpets in corridors to rooms especially ours floor 11 were filthy with marks and stains of food and drink etc ……

Dieses Hotel gehört zu meinen absoluten Favoriten in Phnom Penh. Die Mitarbeiter sind Top ! Sie sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr engagiert. Auch der Manager ist sehr empathisch und geht auf die Gäste persönlich ein. Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt dufte ich sogar kostenlos bis abends im Hotel bleiben und direkt von da aus zum Flughafen fahren. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Team 👌 Die Zimmer sind super komfortabel. Die Betten sind gemütlich und alles hochmodern. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls vielseitig und lecker. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der in Phnom Penh unterwegs ist ! Ich komme immer wieder herzlich gerne 🙂 Danke für die super Arbeit Freunde ! 🫶
