Location is great: nice view from the apartment and close to public transport and some stores/restaurants. The apartment has all it needs for a short stay.

Cleanness is disappointing - I had to clean the wardrobe shelf before using it + other dust and spider webs. The heater is quite loud when it's working and near the bed - so it can wake you up during the night. The dryer door was broken so I could not use it and kitchen appliances are in a bad state.
