Beautiful Studio near the center of Cluj

The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The price/quality is very good. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The position is very good.

The gas leak detector was not plugged into the electrical outlet. This is required by law in order to avoid gas leaks. Given that you sleep in the same room and near the condensing boiler, the gas detector be plugged in. This is a safety hazard. Also, the boiler it's a bit noisy when it's on.

The location is quite and close to public transport. The neighbourhood seems nice. There is a big balcony.

The heating boiler is mounted exactly next to the bed, which is not very pleasant. During my stay the the drainage of the shower was clogged, and the shower could not be used for more than 2 minutes until the bathroom floor become covered of water. The host does not issue an invoice.

The 1 bedroom apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short to long stay. From fully equipen kitchen to washing and drying machine, to one small desk, nice balcony with great view and so on. We like everything about it with two small exception.

The only disadvantage of the place are: The bed which was quite uncomfortable if you sleep 2 persons. I want to mention we are above average in heigh (1.70 and 1.83) and athletic bodies, but the bed is quite narrow in width. The second inconvenience is the fact that the place was originally a bigger multiple room apartment and split in 2. With the other renting unit you have a common small hallway before entering either of the places. And you can hear very louder when someone exit or enters the other place.

The place is well equipped and it's at a really really great location, with secure parking.

The cleanliness really wasn't great. We have found a lot of hair on the floor. Also as there are two separate rooms and the boiler which is near the bed serves both of them, the sudden noise can be quite unpleasant.
