I liked the service, it was good and the lady Esther was very nice to me and my family.

Every year we host our conventions at polokwane around August if not September. That's is 3 days convention. This time around the place was not in good condition, plugs were not working, the soap holder in the bathroom was hanged on the window not in the shower. The pillows had a bad smell. We will like to book again next year, we will appreciate if our concerns are taken in to consideration.

I did not enjoy the place at all .the location ,the set up it was below of my expectations

Everything ,the quality of bed ,the couch looks old and due to my allergies I couldn't sit on it

"I enjoyed my stay, easy access and great self catering location."

The shower room for deluxe suite, small space. TV connectivity is slow at night affecting Netflix and YouTube. I would prefer block out curtains to limit sunlight when sleeping during the day.
