Room I booked was adequate. Pool was relatively clean.

Draconian rule about me having to replace anything that's broken. Room I booked had a bed removed contrary to booking. I was subsequently downgraded(with no change of cost) to another room rather than have the second bed added to the original room booked(which they did and we were moved to on second night!). Shower railing fell onto us as we were showering. Pillows were rock hard. No airconditioner or one that we had on second night barely worked. We had to enquire about heated blanket. Provided a/1 of single size for the double bed.

Just the safe parking and the clean pool

The fridge was not working and a plan wasn't made for us, so we had to buy ice to keep our stuff chilled. There was only one air-conditioning system in the main bedroom and nothing in the other room and the living room They only supplied one toilet paper for 4 adults The manager was not helpful at all, had no solutions at all. Was promised a full refund and nothing

The property is located in a lovely and safe residential neighbourhood. The owner is helpful and kind, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable

A minor complaint, but bathroom mats in the bathroom would be a nice addition.

The apartment was very clean and neat

The parking space is not big enough

The place was clean and Cousy. They also had an electric blanket which was very nice. The third bed for our daughter was the reason we picked the place. They also had a cleaner.

The pool could of be cleaned because my daughter really wanted to swim. besides that everything was ok.
