"Estancia inolvidable"

El mejor alojamiento de Ubud. Estuvimos en una de las villas con piscina, tuvimos un problema con la reserva ya que reservamos la villa superior y al llegar nos dieron una villa inferior y más pequeña que la que habíamos pagado. Cuidado al hacer la reserva, fíjense bien en las fotos. Tuvimos la oportunidad de alquilar una moto NMax en la misma recepción. Al llegar te dan una bebida de bienvenida. Los desayunos son muy completos y deliciosos, mucha cantidad. El trato del personal es impecable, nos dimos un masaje y salimos muy relajados y con las pilas cargadas.

La cintas de correr en el gimnasio y la elíptica no funcionaban. De resto todo perfecto!

"Traumhotel im Herzen Balis"

Tolle ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer und die Anlage des Hotels sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Dazu ist das Essen fantastisch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Das wir abreisen mussten :)

The view

Not very clean, YOU CANT ORDER A GRAB AS YOU LIKE! You always need to pay the Hotel extra wich is way more expensive!! The staff is not professional at all, act like loud and don’t really know what to do.

Clean, peaceful, rooms large and luxurious, excellent chef, excellent breakfast that was Alla card, staff extremely respectful, providing excellent communication 24 hours a day through WhatsApp, excellent facilities including gym with beautiful pool. Enjoyed the lovely massage treatments.
