The welcoming of the employees, providing an umbrella as it was raining and assistance with the luggage. The room was upgraded from balcony suite to one with a private pool. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and the shower with rainfall head was very nice. Recommend the 15 minute free massage as well. The dinner menu was extensive and there were vegetarian options available. The breakfast was very nice. I had an issue with the TV remote and they resolved it quickly.

The location is somewhat away from the city centre but it has great views of the rice fields.

The Ning Resort was a wonderful stay. The place is even more amazing that the pictures. The room was spacious, staff was super friendly, welcoming and made out stay even more amazing. I would definitely recommend it to others and choose this location again if traveling in Ubud area.

The WiFi was inconsistent in the room. At times it would be connected but Internet would not be available. I noticed that it was much better during early morning hours so perhaps it was too many people on the network at other times.

"The weather put a dampening on my stay but overall the hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming."

They provided me with an umbrella as it was raining when I arrived. There was a lift to my room floor There was someone able to assist with the luggage as my luggage was heavy. Dinner at the restaurant was awesome as you can tailor the food to your taste and reasonably priced. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Recommend utilising the 15 minute free massage as it helps relax you.
