Barbara provided us with useful tips and insights around Catania. Also her tips for dinner led to the best restaurants on our trip.

Barbara as a host is exceptional. She provided us with great useful tips, the breakfast (especially omelette) was perfect, she always checked whether everything is alright and was ready to adjust to it. The room was perfectly clean, it had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable. After two nights Barbara offered change of towels and other necessities which I consider very customer-friendly :). The location of the room is perfect, it is very city center, walking distance to everything you need to see. As opposed to other comments, with closed window we didn´t hear much noise from the market in the morning and we slept very well. We would recommend this 100% and Barbara, grazie mille again!

At first sight the street can seem a little concerning in the evening but in reality you don´t need to worry.

Clean room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, excellent location, superb host - what else can one ask for? Highly recommended.

The apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location as it is in one of the streets of the famous Catania Daily market, walking distance from all major landmarks. Very clean throughout and breakfast was great prepared by Barbara the host herself, more than enough to get you going for the day. Barbara is a great host a beautiful person with so much positive energy that almost participates in your holiday through her enthusiasm. She supplied us with all the information and tips to go sightseeing and most importantly where to eat well around Catania. So simply leave it up to her and she will get you sorted.

Nothing to complain

Good location very handy for metro Host great and sorted us breakfast in a local cafe when we had to leave early. We were up early both days we stayed, market was busy in the morning and to be honest after the noise/busyness of palermo it wasn't a problem.

Barbara was the best host ever. Very social, friendly and very helpful, was giving all necessary information regarding tours, town and transportation. The breakfast she prepared every morning was excellent, good variety. Location is good, 3 supermarkets are around, 10 minutes walk to the center of the town and the fish market, 10 minutes to the train station.The subway station and the bus stop are right across the street.

Little bit noisy in the morning because there is a big market nearby.
