AURA Saty

Cute cabin, Well-equipped and clean, cute surrounding, breakfast is included, TV (youtube) was included, wifi was strong after issues were fixed.

The staff wanted us to cancel our booking on here (to avoid the commission fee?) but we didn't agree because it would cost us cancellation fee, also kinda weird. There was only 1 big and 1 small towel for our 4-person booking, but she brought more. The address listed is not the exact address, they will come with a car to lead us to the right place. They tried to give me the location on 2gis maps but it didn't work on my American phone. Overall Check in was a bit troublesome. She also struggle to help us get the wifi connected — turned out the router wasn't plugged in. Communication in person was a bit hard even though one of us is a Kyrgyz/Russian speaker.

Das Dreieckhaus ist ungewöhnlich schön, komfortabel und gut geheizt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend in einem schönen Ambiente mit netten Gästen. Die Familie organisierte eine Fahrt zum Kaindy See, der nur mit einem 4x4 erreichbar ist.

Our recent two-night stay at Aura Saty was a mix of positive and challenging experiences. The host family was incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality was the definite highlight of our trip.

Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by a complete power outage that lasted the entire two days. It rained on our first day, and we were informed the cause was a transformer issue, but the lack of a backup generator was a significant problem. This meant we had no electricity for our whole stay and couldn't shower or even make a cup of tea. While the hosts were very kind and did arrange for us to shower at a different property on our last day, it was still a major inconvenience.

Great place to be when you want to visit Kolsai & Kaindy lakes and be in a comfortable spot. Hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed local breakfast.

Host was nice and breakfast was better than what we expected (fresh and refreshing) , there is a stream that runs just next to the room. It was quite place next to host residence. We got quick response when ever we had a question.

Water pleasure in shower was very low and mixer did not work well though washroom was clean. We were told room had AC though there was split unit just outside that room but was not connected seems like they were in process of installing it.
