A decent place to stay for just one night. Clean and comfortable bed. On the night we stayed, the whole town lost power. We woke up in the middle of the night in complete darkness. At first, I thought there was a problem with the guesthouse, but my husband went outside and found that the entire town was without power. In the morning, we checked with our neighbors, and they said their room had no power either. We got ready early, and by 8 AM, we were on our way to Karakol. Only while we were on the road did the owner message us, saying that the whole town had a power outage. Very beautiful village.

It would be much nicer if the owner knew how to do some landscaping, instead of leaving the grass overgrown in front of the guesthouse.”

Well newly constructed property but with a few challenges.

Well newly constructed property but with a few challenges. A wooden cabin has only one window which does not have a net nor a curtain. As a result it is difficult to keep it open and in the morning you will be awaken because of light coming in. There was a power failure from the time we checked in for about 5 hours. Once power came the main light bulb was not working. There was no internet. The owner needs to take care of these issues.

The place is in village, so can’t expect much facilities, toiletries were not provided. But the host is very nice and helpful. She tried to help in everything. The breakfast was very good, I told her that we are vegetarian and she prepared very well. Host is very nice.

Homely and respectful treatment. It’s very safe in their compound. Lovely family that is very hospitable and serves brilliant breakfast. They also have a beautiful dog :) and a gallant Land Cruiser that they use to drive you to kaindy lake. Do try it. I have already extended my stay here. If i come to saty again, i will stay at this place.

First day, electricity was out. But that is probably due to the municipality issue?

It’s just near to Kolsai Lake that’s it.

They don’t have anything which shown while booking, cleaning are horrible, bad smell.
