Nice walking distance to my job site, food and other amenities. It was quite, clean. A bottle of wine, snacks, tea and kcups were waiting for me upon arrival. Instructions for check in check out were clear.

the Kuerig didn't work but in all fairness I didn't notify anyone to replace/fix it. I noticed on my last day that there was a small, standard coffee pot in the lower cabinets. The sheets were too big for the bed so they kept bunching up.

"Cute apartment in a great location."

Location was great! The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The stairs were a little strenuous carting our luggage. The TV placement was a little awkward.

Location was excellent

Room was not cleaned to my expectations. Could not control the temperature in the room unless calling the owner. In my opinion, this third floor walk-up (in a very old wood frame home), without a fire escape was dangerous.

"Great stay in Richmond's Fan District"

This is a very comfortable suite in a residential area of the Fan. The location is great - close to shops and restaurants, and off street parking isn't difficult. The suite was perfect - comfortable bed, coffee and snacks available, and extremely clean. Communication with the hosts was clear and getting access to the property was easy. Highly recommended.
