Stavroula's House City Center, Penthouse

Perfect location just in 10 mins walk to the Aristoteles sq. Quiet, clean place with everything you need for your stay. Some complementary goods for welcome, Nespresso machine .. etc. Game changer is the huge terrace, we love it. You can make home office, have lunch/dinner or just enjoy the sun! Host is super welcome and nice person, super responsive na helpful. Definitely will book again

Our stay at Stavroula Penthouse was absolutely perfect! The space was warm, well-equipped, spacious, and clean! Kostas was a fantastic host, helpful and accomodating. the location was ideal, with peaceful surroundings yet close to centre and everything we needed

The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. We had amazing time in Thessaloniki and as well in the apartment. The apartment has everything that you need, both for short and longer stays. It’s just 8-10 minutes walk from the city centre and the port.

If there is a "Host of the Year" award, Kostas surely deserves to win it. From sending out the maintenance guy within minutes to sort out our heating problem to making breakfast recommendations, he was always on hand to help us make our stay better and we really appreciated it. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here if we are ever in Thessaloniki again.

These three characteristics make the property to be the perfect stay for a short trip with friends: 1. Host - Stavroula went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant 2. Location - Located just next to the Roman Forum and surrounded with the most relevant remainings from the Byzantine era 3. Balcony - Spacious, well equipped, make it to have no need to enter rooms except when going to sleep. During sunny hours we used a kitchen to cool down as it is looking into the inner yard.

The apartment is very spacious and well laid out, with a wonderful terrace. The location is excellent, very close to major tourist attractions and various restaurants. Kostas was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with valuable suggestions about places to visit and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely return here.

It was great to have a lift but it was a little scary looking at concrete walls.

Cute apartment, we were four and find it very comfortable. Good location, check in and check out without problem. Great terrace!

I had a wonderful stay at a stylish apartment in central Thessaloniki. The location is perfect, with cafes and historic sites nearby. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped.
