Stavroula's House City Center, Penthouse

Kostas is a wonderful helpful host who goes out of his way to ensure that you have a pleasant stay at the spacious and conveniently located apartment, and in Thessaloniki in general. Like offering a courtesy late check-out (we had a late flight). Huge balcony with side view of the Roman Forum. Very convenient location, we explored the city exclusively on foot. Quiet neighbourhood; plenty of shops for your daily needs nearby. The beds were firm; the way I like it. Bed sheets and towels were of high quality. Excellent WiFi. Kitchen contains many appliances including a washing machine.

I liked everything about the property. It is very modern and stylish, spotlessly clean, it has a very good functional kitchen with a washing machine and amazingly large balcony with a side view of part of the Roman forum. The beds were very comfortable with excellent bed linen and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Access to the property and getting the keys was easy and the host "Kostas" was incredibly helpful.

I liked everything, there was nothing that made me go "hmmmm".

Great place and great communication with the host. We loved the apartment, especially the terrace. We're definitely coming back, Thessaloniki has a cool vibe.

An excellent experience as a whole - very nice apartment, well located with a friendly and understanding owner. We were a small family group with a small kid. Everything was fine, no issues at all. We loved it and we will recommend it to others for stay.

I liked the hostility, the host Kostas is an amazing and very kind person that went over the moon to make everything easy and perfect for our stay in SKG. I loved the location, it's not my first time in SKG and not even closely my last. This location is perfect not only for the money value but the safety as well. If you don't feel like going out in the fancy bars near the sea side, you can have a drink near by and also, there are many many great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's 3 minutes walk from the sea side, 7-10 minutes to the night bar area , it's quiet and safe. The apartment can be reached by foot or elevator. Otherwise is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for short or a long term stay. Good for two couples, family with kids or just friends. What I surely adored is the balcony, wide and sunny, great for having your breakfast or just a drink in the afternoon.

Large apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen if needed. Parking if needed. Great location easy walking to shops, bars and restaurants. Large sunny balcony. Apartment is in the student area of town but was still quiet at night. The bottle of wine and cakes left by the hoist was a nice touch.

The shower screen was a bit odd, only covered half the floor,hence the need for towels on the floor.

Returning to Stavroula’s House City Center, Penthouse in Thessaloniki was a pleasure. Its central location and cozy rooms make it a standout choice. The amenities are top-notch, and the ambiance is inviting. For a seamless stay in the heart of the city, it is unbeatable. Solid 10/10.
