Pleasant staff and the complimentary special dinner arranged for our group, which was fully paid for by the hotel, and the kids absolutely loved it.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the bedding did not meet hotel-quality standards. We also experienced shower drainage issues, as the water did not drain properly in both my room and my children’s room.

Place was so dirty. Food left uncovered with flies on it. Ants crawling out of preserve bottles..place does not match picture on the website. It was so bad that we couldn't stay there. We had to find accommodation, in peak season, which was ridiculous. We didn't budget for additional expenses like meals, beverages, liquor as we opted for the all- inclusive oackage at Filao.

Calm,Quite and comfortable

The place is very clean 👌 ocean view. The garden was always perfect and looking well maintained. Hot water 💧 on the shower. The rooms were cleaned 2 times every day. The swimming pool water was always warm. The restaurant timings were good and the breakfast was good with lots of varieties. The masai men were always helpful and gave the vibe to the resort. Big thumbs to Margaret,Baby, Haruna, and the short hair lady....you guys deserve a medal 🏅 for the good service at the restaurant. Big thank you to the chef 👨‍🍳 and also Filao for making my son's birthday 🎂 🥳 superb. There was a special dinner 🍽 for us two 2 days before our check-out. I RECOMMEND ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE.

I loved everything.

My son loved the tropical look. We had dinner under the moon. That was lovely and the dancers were good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful

Manažer byl velice milý a neustále se zajímal o naše pohodlí a zda-li máme vše a jsme spokojený. Číšníci jsou opravdu ochotný a moc usměvavý. Servis byl vždy super. Kuchař je kreativní a jidlo bylo vynikající. Vždy velká nabídka mnoho druhů ovoce, zeleniny, tématické večery a pro případ, že si nevyberete z nabídky, vždy byla možnost těstovin a 2 druhy omáček. Dezerty nápadité a chutné. K snídani opět velká nabídka jídel. Každý večer byl naplánován program. Dvakrát tradiční tance a hudba. Různé kvízy, karaoke, diskotéka, ... Zahrada hotelu je ráj! Spousta květin, keřů a stromů. Lehátka vzdy čistá a nikde nenajde nic rozbitého. Uprostřed pěkný čistý a velký bazén. Je zde i koutek pro děti. Pěkná přírodní terasa s barem s výhledem na oceán. Pláž je v této oblasti velice proměnlivá a občas je tu spousta řas, ale zahradníci se snažili pravidelně řasy odstranit a udělat tak krásné prostředí na relax. Na pláži vás nebude nikdo rušit jako na jiných plážích (Paje, Nungwi) prodejem ruzných věcí. U pláže jsou Lehátka a také i u bazénu. Nestalo se aby nékdo neměl volné lehátko. Úklid pokojů byl pravidelný a Každý večer pokojová sluzba přišla vyčistit pokoj od komárů. Celkově servis hotelu na špičkové a profesionální úrovni a zároveň se tu budete cítit vítáni jako doma, díky rodinné atmosféře zamestnanců hotelu. Vřele doporučuji tento hotel a jeho strategickou polohu, která je vhodná k výletům po celém ostrově!

El alojamiento nos encantó, es verdad que al llegar sentimos un poco de rechazo,mi pareja y yo somos dos personas que comemos peor que niños pequeños,y todos los días comimos increíble pese a ser un hotel con solo 30 habitaciones. Había 5/6 platos en el buffet pero estaba todo bueno,a la hora de comer va por carta no es buffet pero aún así está igual de rico.me hicieron una cena de cumpleaños sin pedirles nada,con tarta y super romántica en la piscina. El personal del hotel es amable aunque un poco lento,hakunamatata La playa es lo que ves en las fotos aunque fluctúa mucho la marea y si q te puedes llegar a meter. Todas las noches te abren la cama,te cierran la mosquitera y te echan spray repentelente,creo que es un detalla que no cualquier hotel te hace. Está a más de 1h del aeropuerto. Aunque leí comentarios de que los masáis controlan el hotel,no se siente inseguro en ningún momento,son majos y puedes hablar con ellos.
