We enjoyed the place , beach and environment Also, the staff is very nice, always smiling and helping The food was healthy and delicious , every day, there was a different buffet. It was a wonderful experience for our honeymoon I 'd like to thank all the staff, esp. Mr Peter and Mr harun for the services they provide us and for their kind efforts.

The location is good next to the beach. The hotel is in a quite place, I got to enjoy the peace and relaxed

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of spending two unforgettable nights at Filao Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the incredible staff. One of the highlights of our stay was the special private dinner they prepared for us. It was a truly exquisite culinary experience, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The ambiance was heightened with a beautifully decorated room, adorned with candles, which created a romantic atmosphere that we will cherish forever. What truly stood out during our stay was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our visit was perfect. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist with any request made us feel like cherished guests. Filao Beach Resort is a hidden gem that we fell in love with. The tranquil surroundings, pristine beach, and the overall serenity of the resort provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We cannot recommend this place enough. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Filao Beach Resort for making our stay truly magical. I've booked room at this hotel and one day before my arrival I've got a message via Booking saying that, there is a renovation and the hotel is relocating me an another hotel "which is just a few km away". The few km means that, across the bay is about 3-4 km, but on road is more than 40 km...at a totally different location. Be careful with this hotel because even they said, there is a renovation, they still accepts booking to this facility. At least I could cancel my reservation free of charge...but this is the minimum.

For me is totally unacceptable to inform me just one day prior of my arrival the hotel is not accepting guest.

i actually didnt stay at Filao i got an email and went to their sister company in michamvi..The physical appearance of the place was okay

1.No communication for example a change of restaurant for dinner… 2.Staff were biased as we were locals 3.Cats when eating literally i saw a cat catching a mouse at the restaurant 4. Housekeeping had to be called to clean the room 5.After an incident that happened a day amanger who came to my room and brought me food and apologised next day when i was checking out told the reception just deal with it with her grumpy face..She didnt even bother to say hello .I expected more from the so called five star sansi Kae

food was reasonably ok. After a terrible arrival, when our booked room was not available because it had been given to someone else that day. Reception staff seemed to have no idea we were arriving and so the first three nights we spent in operate rooms. However the Mange then resolved this and we were upgraded. So after a very bad arrival the Manager made sure we had as good a stay as possible.

The hotel mainly accommodates French guess and all the entertainment was geared to that and thus anyone who wasn't French was excluded.

The stay was awesome, and the staff were very friendly. They arranged some excursions for us.
