Filao Beach by Sansi

Looked nice. Very quiet. Did a very special meal for us on the last night. That was very special and really made the stay enjoyable. Staff were so nice!!

Price of the food and drinks if not all inclusive (2 or 3 times the price of anywhere else. All meals are a buffet. It was cheaper and nicer to eat next door. Real shame it was the one part that really let it down. I felt the staff were a bit embarrassed about that. Not their fault at all atm but other than the hotel next door there is nowhere to go. All excursions are quite a travel. I recommend short stay here to relax.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and offered a lovely view. The food was exceptional, with a different dish and a wide variety of choices each day. The staff were extremely kind and attentive.

The view of the trees around the pool and a bit of the beach were stunning! It’s clean and very peaceful.

They don’t have any phone in the room to communicate with reception, the stairs to reception from the room is quite a distance. We also didn’t enjoy walking along the beach as there are several men there that keep walking up to you trying to sell activities and all which was quite annoying.

The hotel was beautifully maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious with good air conditioning. The professional staff made us feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel was located in its own peace which suited us well.

I liked the front deck close to the ocean

The gardens were not maintained and it gave an impression that no manager were around, the variety of food was lacking with no European or other nations options.

They went out of their way to make a special dinner for my partner and I and they were very friendly.

The set menu’s and there was not a snack menu at the bar which I recommend. There was also not a lot of restaurant around the hotel so you didn’t have a lot of options to choose from.
