ITWe are 4 girls travelling around the north of India. We arrived in Chandirghar by a bus at night time, trying to contact the accommodation since the day before our arrival but with not answer. The area was really unsafe and once we entered in the accomodation, the guy at the reception was a young man who was not speaking english and using google translator. He told us that our reserved room, confirmed on Booking, was not available and to check in another hotel next to it for another room. Once we refused to do that in the middle of the night in a fearful place like that, he gave us only a double room for 4 of us at the same price! He asked for our passport and he wanted to take it to another place without us to make a copy. The behave was really rude and misogyny towards 4 girls. Eventually the room was dirty, full of mosquitoes, no hot water, no towel, no wifi, even if it should have been avaliable and free from the reservation
