They had cancelled the booking before our arrival ! I called them by 9 pm because our train was late, and they said they were full and had no reservation in my name ! When we reached the hotel it was the most horrible scary place with no hotel desk, just gangster type of people around and telling me to go away !!!😱 They make wrong comments on booking site ! Be aware ! Very bad dangerous place !😱
