City centre apartment with roof terrace.

No hot water!!

Never stayed in a place with so many rules, Had to collect keys ....10 minute walk from apartment, also had to take keys back , departure was 11 am , had until 11.15 am to take back or would be charged on credit card , never known a place to be like this , nice apartment but will not stay here again . Also none of this about keys was in the advert to book apartment, was told information via email once paid .

Good location - close to the city but tucked away a bit so quiet. Flat itself was tidy and everything you’d need.

The toilet was broken but easily fixed for then next visitors

Morning thank you my deposit back today. I would like to bring things to your attention. Your apartment was in a great location however the apartment it self was dirty, and unsafe. I will be leaving a review soon. I just wanted you to know first. Rubbish and weeds outside, fridge tops dirty, make up on bathroom tiles, dirty towels. Fag holes in carpets, safety locks on windows don't work, and to top that off I had to ask for key deposit code and than ask for my deposit back over a week later, your sofa bed is terrible, please sleep on it for one night ! looks forward to your reply thanks sue 

Amazing view especially at night and great location

Apartment was great. Bed so comfortable. Roof terrace was a great bonus.

Couldn't get normal TV channels on.

The location of the property was good as we were in for a concert but that was the best part sadly

The apartment was worse for wear, so many scrapes on the furniture and the walls, everything was very tired especially the kitchen and the outside area was the biggest disappointment hadn't been looked after at all, rubbish on floor and swing chair broken, other furniture outside very old and very dirty. I was very disappointed upon arrival, the bed is two singles put together, not a comfortable mattress at all. When I spoke to the owners and sent pictures they just said they were aware it needed a tidy up. If you book this place; lower your expectations because its not as quaint as its pictures on here. Wish I had booked somewhere else. Collecting the keys from a petrol garage 10 minutes walk away was very annoying and seemed a bit dodgy.
