City centre apartment with roof terrace.

I've tried to contact you through booking.com to raise my concerns around this property. Only aspect of this property that is convenient is the location.

Where do I start, there's no mention before booking that the key nest is 15 minutes away by foot, it's inconvenient to have to pick the key up from that location and then drop it off for check out. We had to go out of our way both times. The owners word their email very sternly that the key needs to be back within 15 mins. I wasn't feeling well, nor was my partner, after staying here, and we had to rush to drop the key off. The apartment is filthy, stains everywhere, the bedding has a sweat stain, the cushions had what I preserved it as discharge stains as well as the sofa. We did not sleep all night due to this. The bed has an uncomfortable metal separation in the middle of the bed, either two beds put together or a very uncomfortable double bed. The patio was filthy. it looks like it had never been cleaned. The whole experience was terrible and not what has been advertised. I have tried to reach out for a resolution, but no one has come back to me. The owners are not responsive, and communication is poor. I'd highly recommend thinking twice before making this booking.

Space, facilities, local amneties, and price.

The communication was very swift and informative. The property was clean and functional, had loads of spare towels and beddings. I absolutely enjoyed the stay and will definitely be rebooking.

Stayed at a lot of places in birmingham City Centre, and this was by far the best. Cosy and clean and roof terrace is great, especially at night. The location is great but still quiet considering how close it is to Broad Street.

Location, bathroom and bedroom comfortable

Having to collect the keys from petrol station a long walk away, not knowing where the location of the keys until an hour before checking in even though a security code was required. Bathroom floor was sunken obviously they have had a leak. No tea bags despite being advertised, tv hardly worked very few channels available. Patio was filthy and overgrown.

The location was ideal, very central for what we needed as a group, would recommend to others, would stay again when in Birmingham.

Have nothing negative to say, it fitted exactly what we needed.
