"Very unpleasant experience"

Only the location

They had worn out rooms and I was not provided the room that I had booked for despite requesting several times during check in, though I had booked well in advance and I had a fall in the bathtub, which had no handrails or anti skid bath mat and the bathtub was an old dirty one.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our trip. Everything was well organized, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone visiting
